Mike Rogers founded Jags Mechanical in 2006 with a vision for building a different kind of company.
After entering the mechanical industry in 1989, Mike saw an opportunity to create a company where success wasn't just measured by how much the business grew, but by how much the people building the business grew too. His desire to create meaningful career opportunities for people without a college degree became the foundation of Jags' mission.

For nearly two decades, Mike's vision has shaped the way Jags hires, develops, and invests in its people. His belief that a company should build its employees capability, wealth, and knowledge has influenced the culture, systems, and opportunities that exist at Jags today.
What began as Mike's vision in 2006 has grown into the Jags Mechanical of today. His vision continues to shape the company as we work towards our goal of 1,000 technicians in 50 cities across the united states.
