  • No, we are a commercial company that services mostly restuants with some retail, warehouses, and retirement facilites mixed in.

  • We are curently hiring for Cincinnati, Columbus, and cleveland.

  • Jags offers in-house training, online resources like Interplay, and access to a variety of outside training opportunities. Employees can choose from approved courses that help develop their knowledge and skills in the field, with Jags covering the cost.

  • Jags is a company that is determined to grow. In order to grow, we need techs. We want to make sure we always have the opportunity to find the greatest techs that can help us reach our goals.

  • Jags will have 1,000 techs in 50 cities across the united states. We will do this by building smarter and wealthier people than the universities.

  • Our techs have the opportunity to earn a 5%, 15%, or 25% bonus based on how many bilable hours they do in two weeks. Some positions outside of tech follow this bonus structure as well with different metrics.

  • Overtime is available to those who want it. Techs get paid double for any billable hours done outside of office hours.

  • Currently the on-call structure runs differntly in each branch, please ask during the phone interview for more information.
